A Tradition of Excellence
MITCHELL COHEN
President
The Daniels Corporation
John Daniels has been a leader in the North American building industry for the past 50 years. As Chairman of The Cadillac Fairview Development Corporation, Daniels was instrumental in the creation of such landmarks as Toronto's Eaton Centre and the Toronto-Dominion Centre. He was also the driving force behind the 'New Town' of Erin Mills in Mississauga, Canada's first true master-planned community, before founding The Daniels Corporation in 1982. Since then, under the direction of President Mitchell Cohen and a dynamic management team, the company has developed and built over 16,000 homes and apartments in a diverse range of award-winning communities. Daniels' achievements have been recognized by the Tarion Warranty Corporation in winning the prestigious Ernest Assaly "Ontario High Rise Builder of the Year" award and the Greater Toronto Home Builders' Association's first ever "Home Builder of the Year" award.

Today, Daniels continues to set industry standards with new home communities across the Greater Toronto Area, such as NY Towers at Bayview and Sheppard Avenues, Kilgour Estate in Toronto, The Capital Condominiums in Mississauga City Centre, The Colony Residences in Mississauga and now One Eleven Forsythe in Oakville -- a testament to superior planning, design, craftsmanship and quality.
